Q: Are contributions to GivingDonate tax-deductible?
NO. Contributions to GivingDonate are NOT tax-deductible.

Because GivingDonate is a for-profit company (not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit), contributions do not qualify for tax deductions under IRS rules.

Do NOT claim contributions to GivingDonate as charitable deductions on your tax return.

Q: Will I receive a tax receipt?

You will receive a standard purchase receipt from Shopify, but NOT a tax-deductible donation receipt (IRS Form 1098-C).

The receipt confirms your payment to Boreyroth Group, Inc., but it is not a charitable donation receipt.

GivingDonate operates in 3 simple steps:

  2. We Operate & Review: We verify beneficiaries, conduct compliance checks, and review where support is most needed
  3. Support Is Provided: We may provide discretionary financial support to approved organizations, projects, communities, or individuals

Q: Can I choose where my contribution goes?
No. GivingDonate operates on a discretionary support model.

You can select a cause category (education, health, emergency relief, etc.) to express your preference, but this does NOT guarantee support to any specific organization or individual.

All support decisions are made by GivingDonate management at our sole discretion.

Q: Will I know where my contribution went?

No. Because we operate on a discretionary model, we cannot track or report where your specific contribution went.

However, we provide:
